I love to : RUN. CYCLE. SWIM. YOGA. STRENGTH TRAINING. PILATES. ZUMBA. I love it all!

I am an excercise enthusiast! As a lifelong swimmer and a busy mom, I have come to appreciate and LOVE the feeling of a good workout. I have four boys each delivered c-section. After my 3rd baby I challenged myself to run for 5 min. Running, to me, was my Mt. Everest. At the time, it was nearly impossible, but I added 5 minutes at a time on the treadmill. Pretty soon I was running 7 and 8 miles and thus began my love affair with running. I have ran 2- 1/2 marathons and one of my bucket list goals is to run a full marathon and a triathlon. I know what it takes to start from scratch and build up to your potential. I like to push limits, (only then you can see what your body can do!)

There is nothing better for your self-confidence than to set a goal- you did not think was EVER possible- and acheive it.

It's a powerful thing.

Come join us. I would love to meet you!

I have played sports as long as I can remember. I excelled at Volleyball and Track, but Soccer is my love. I have years of training as an athlete in the areas of strength, speed, endurance, and agility. I continue to play soccer for fun...even now, and I hope that I can continue to play for many more years.

I am a proud mom of 5 children. So, I have experienced the joys of child birth...along with the not so joyous weight gain and muscle loss several times. I am familiar with what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the reflection; or be in complete denial that that person is me. It is the worst I have ever felt. Don't give in to that depression. Fight! Several times I've had to literally work my butt off. I've come to understand that nutrition and exercise truly work hand in hand and dedication and hard work pay off. I love feeling strength returning to my body and watching the inches disappear. I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes as I near my goal. Personally, I'm still a work in progress as my youngest is less than 18 months old. However, I have lost 40 lbs in the last year!

I have exercised in many different settings and for me, working out in a group setting works. Motivating each other and becoming a support group for each other is a goal of mine for this boot camp. I love to celebrate others' victories as they reach their goals.

Hardcore Fitness can help you meet your goals...whatever they may be. Whether your goal is losing weight, getting fit, or just getting your day off to a good start, we can help.
